Cancellation Policy

Asi-Babki, LLC recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, such as injury or family emergencies. 

We would really like to meet with you, but we also understand that unforeseen situations happen. So, if something does come up here is the cancellation policy:

For cancellations made more than 30 days before event, Full refund minus the booking fee is refunded. Also, guests may transfer to another event, or request to have their spot filled by their own replacement– no additional fee. For cancellations within 7 days, refunds minus the booking fee are only issued if a replacement is found, however one-time transfers to another event are available, and replacement options remain available- no additional cost. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the event no transfer to another event only replacement option remains available – no additional cost. 

No-shows will be charged the full price.
